For using his divine calling as a cleric to provide refuge, education and other humanitarian care to over 4,000 orphans and other internally displaced persons (IDPs), Pastor Solomon Folorunsho is the LEADERSHIP Social Impact Person of the Year 2022

Pastor Solomon Folorunsho is the overseer/director, International Christian Centre for Missions & Christian Home for the Needy. As proprietor of the Home for the Needy Foundation, he takes care of indigent kids and also runs a camp for internally displaced persons (IDPs). This evangelical pastor runs a sprawling camp which provides refuge for thousands of children who fled the Boko Haram jihadist insurgency in the North.

Aside operating a camp in Benin City, which provides accommodation, medical care and education for 4,000 children, most of them orphans as well as 500 widows and missionaries, using funding from local institutions, NGOs and churches abroad, Pastor Solomon Folorunsho is also the first to unravel the evil in Bwcheve community in Obanliku local government area of Cross River State where girls are sold into marriage for debt settlement (money marriage).

His ministry is a mission-oriented, soul-winning discipleship ministry, and its goals and vision include praying for the unreached people around the world, taking the gospel to the unreached people in every nation, training and sending missionaries to different parts of the world to fulfil their calling to the unreached, offering humanitarian services to people and having a vibrant youth ministry.

His ministry, the International Christian Centre for Missions (ICCFMissions) was started in 1991 in Nigeria, according to him, as a result of a divine vision.

However, in fulfilment of this vision, since 1991, he has planted and established many churches and has produced many missionaries and church/humanitarian workers.
